Terms of Service
Last updated 28 August 2026
These terms cover your use of Triprant. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
1. Your account
You need to be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use Triprant. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to your account.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post — trip write-ups, photos, comments, ratings. By posting it, you give Triprant permission to store it, show it to the people you’ve shared it with (trip members, followers, or the public, depending on the visibility you choose), and display it as part of running the service.
Don’t post anything you don’t have the right to share, anything that infringes someone else’s rights, or anything illegal, harassing, or intended to deceive other users — including about money owed on a shared trip.
3. Money and expenses
Triprant helps you record and split expenses between people on a trip. We are not a party to those debts, do not hold or move money between users unless a specific paid feature explicitly says otherwise, and are not responsible for settling disputes about who owes what — the ledger is a record you and your travel companions maintain together.
4. Agencies and public trips
If you use Triprant as a travel agency to publish trips, offers or itineraries, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and for complying with any consumer-protection law that applies to your business.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
- harass, threaten, or block-evade another user;
- upload malware, scrape the service, or attempt to bypass its security;
- use Triprant for anything illegal in the place you’re using it.
6. Suspension and account deletion
You can delete your own account at any time from Settings → Account — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what that does. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with notice where we reasonably can give it.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Triprant available and your data intact, but the service is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Back up anything irreplaceable — see how to download a copy of your data in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. We’ll update the date at the top when we do; continuing to use Triprant after a change means you accept it.
9. Contact
